“I slept and dreamt that life was joy. I awoke and saw that life was service. I acted and behold, service was joy.”
– Rabindranath Tagore

Nora, Cliff & Ollie
Nora Heiber has been teaching GYROTONIC® methodology since 1988, providing training to hundreds of teachers currently teaching all over the world. initially as a founding member of San Francisco Gyrotonic from 1988-2012. Nora was one of the first trainers to be named a Master Trainer by the system’s creator, Juliu Horvath.
In addition to being a Gyrotonic Specialized Master Trainer, following a dance career with Alonzo King, LINES Ballet and the San Francisco Opera, Nora spent 23 years working as a Senior Negotiator for the American Guild of Musical Artists, advocating on behalf of performing artists of the opera and ballet. Nora was very much the city girl, growing up in New York City, prior to moving to San Francisco in 1987.
In contrast, Cliff grew up on a farm in Healdsburg, CA roaming the back-woods as a young boy with a deep love and respect of nature and thoughts of being able to nurture his own land one day. With the help of their dear friend and realtor Paul Weir, Nora & Cliff found their dream-property, now known as Allsgood Farm in October of 2010. Almost immediately upon meeting, Cliff and Nora combined their shared skills, interests and experience, (Cliff working tirelessly behind the scenes fostering and taking care of the land, while Nora hosts and teaches the workshops), to create Intentionally Wild, Inc. for the purpose of hosting and teaching a variety of workshops and personal retreats dedicated to life-affirming learnings, including, Gyrotonic, Nonviolent Communication, Permaculture Design, nutrition, dance, and yoga. The name Intentionally Wild is meant to signify that which supports and follows the flow of life.
Early on in their relationship, Cliff offered Nora a copy of Nonviolent Communication by Marshall Rosenberg as a guiding force for their relationship, compelling them to seek as many training opportunities as possible. Soon after they were fortunate enough to connect with CNVC Certified Trainer, Aya Caspi, forging a partnership that has led to the creation of Reclaiming Life, offering Nonviolent Communication trainings to groups and individuals all over the world.
In 2023, Nora became a certified mediator, and is currently offering her mediation services privately and as part of a court program through the Conflict Resolution Center of Nevada County and as a Certification Candidate with the Center of Nonviolent Communication. Allsgood Farm sits on 20 acres in the beautiful Sierra Foothills of California only 8 miles from the magnificent Yuba River.
Their Gyrotonic studio consists of 3 Pulley-Towers, including an XS, a Leg Extension Unit, Jumping Stretching Board, and 2 Ladders, and an outdoor studio. On-site accommodations are available.
